Payment terms will be outlined in individual service agreements. Generally, payment is due within 30 days of invoice date unless otherwise specified.
All recommendations, strategies, and documentation created by Verlix Group remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred through a separate agreement.
Verlix Group provides consulting services to the best of our ability. We are not liable for business outcomes resulting from implementation decisions made by clients.
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Clients remain responsible for payment of services rendered prior to termination.
